You must be a member in good standing to participate in AFSFC-VS activities.
To enjoy all the benefits offered by AFSFC-VS and contribute to our mission, simply obtain your membership card;
The annual membership fee is $30.
You also have the option to become a supporting member to support the cause and an individual who has been diagnosed.
